1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using XRANK - Video Charts ("XRANK", "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

XRANK aggregates and ranks publicly available videos from X (formerly Twitter), providing users with leaderboards sorted by views, likes, recency, and engagement. XRANK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to access admin features without authorization

4. Content

All video content displayed in XRANK originates from public posts on X. We do not host video files; we link to and proxy publicly accessible media. We are not responsible for the content of videos posted by third-party users on X.

5. Video Submissions

When you submit a video link to XRANK, you represent that the link points to a publicly available post. Submissions are subject to review and may be removed at our discretion.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

XRANK offers optional Pro subscriptions:

Monthly: $1.99/month (3-day free trial)
Yearly: $9.99/year (7-day free trial)
Lifetime: $19.99 one-time purchase

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The XRANK app, its design, code, and branding are the property of GentleFlow Tech. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

XRANK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available or accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GentleFlow Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
